Doula services include prenatal visits, trained labour support and postpartum visits including your baby's birth story.

Prenatal visits include a wide range of pregnancy and labour information, help developing your birth plan and availability to accompany you to your medical practitioner visits.

Labour support includes comfort measures, on the spot information to make the best decisions for you and your baby as labour progresses, support for your partner or family and help with the initial breastfeeding.

Postpartum visits include breastfeeding support, community support and services, discussion of the birth experience, baby care and adjusting to life with a newborn.
