Parent's Classes ($56 • register)
The younger series (0-12 month olds) is designed for new moms, whether it's your first baby or your fifth. We meet weekly to discuss concerns and milestones in your child's life. This eight week series includes sharing your birth experience, sleep issues, colic, breastfeeding, relationships, time management, postpartum depression and so much more. This is a great place to share feelings and experiences and to make new friends who are dealing with similar issues. We will tailor the eight weeks to topics that are relevant to the ages of your babies.

The older series (12-24 month olds) is an eight week parent and tot class, which engages toddlers through fun-filled play as there are different themes and focused developmental activities each week. All of the activities stimulate the child's growth at their individual stage, building a foundation for life-long learning. In addition to being creative and having fun, parents share the added benefit of spending essential quality time with their kids and other families alike.

Sibling Classes (Email for pricing)
A new baby on the way? It may be your second, third or more. It's a big adjustment not only for you but for your other children.

With games, stories and role playing we help them prepare for the new baby's arrival. You want your older child to feel secure, loved and as special as the baby.

We offer a 1½ hour class for kids of all ages that explain the baby coming, what to expect with a new baby in the house and how their role of big brother or sister is a special one. We also talk about the differences between them and the baby that allows for special privileges that only an older child has.

Grandparent Classes (Email for pricing)
Congratulations, your baby is having a baby!

Are you wanting to be supportive but don't know the best way to do that? Concerned that your experience or advice won't come across the right way to the new parents? Do you feel lost when you hear about 3-D ultrasounds, epidurals, doulas and medication-free birth?

In this 2 hour class we'd like to make your transition to grandparenthood a smooth one. We discuss your experience with birth and what birth is like today. We also discuss your new role in your grandchildren and children's lives and how you can best support this wonderful new family that you are an important part of.
