Holly Lo
Doula and Childbirth Educator

Holly has completed the Circle of Life Doula Training Workshop in Alliston, Ontario and the Global Birth Institute Childbirth Educator Training in London, Ontario. She is working toward her certification with DONA (Doulas of North America) International and GBI (Global Birth Institute). As a full-time ECE she specializes in infants and toddlers. She and her husband Gabriel have one child and live in Shelburne, Ontario.

Meghan Mccauley-Brown
CD(DONA) Doula and Childbirth Educator

Meghan is a DONA trained Birth Doula awaiting certification, LAMAZE trained childbirth educator and is pursuing Lactation Educator training through CAPPA. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Studies and believes that healing the earth, begins with birth! Meghan volunteers her time on the Board of Directors for DoulaC.A.R.E. Inc., and as a volunteer birth doula.  Meghan strives to support women and their families through pregnancy and birth to ensure that they make positive memories that will last a lifetime.  In her leisure time, Meghan enjoys furthering her birthing education, cooking, and spending time with her wonderful husband and daughter.

Cindy Nash
Doula and Certified Yoga Instructor

Cindy has completed the required training as a Doula via DONA and is completing her certification after working as a doula since 2006. Cindy has also been teaching yoga since 2006 and specializes in pre and post natal yoga.  After many years working as a Child and Youth worker, Cindy changed her work path to better suite her growing family.  As a mother of two and wife, Cindy has always strived to better the lives of children and thier families.  In her work as a Doula, and as a woman, Cindy's goal is to help women have the best birth experience they potentially can have. She currently lives in the Brampton area, supporting moms and thier birth partners through out Halton, Peel and the GTA.
